Peter Sposato, 96, of Belvidere, NJ, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2010 at Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg, NJ.
Mr. Sposato had worked for Purolator Co., Rahway, NJ before his retirement. He was an avid golfer and also enjoyed bowling.
Born on May 21, 1913 in Belleville, NJ, he was the son of the late Peter and Philomena Cappella Sposato.
He was a parishioner of St. Patrick R.C. Church, Belvidere, NJ.
Surviving are his wife of over 71 years, Mary Burlazzi Sposato; a son, Peter M. Sposato of Toms River, NJ; a daughter, Geraldine Scioscia of Belvidere, NJ; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
